Mission

The lab that proves the framework works

"Philosophy without architecture is inert. Architecture without measurement is unverifiable. The GGL builds the measurement."

The GGL exists because the Equitism framework makes specific claims about governance design — claims that require empirical validation, not just philosophical argument. The Fairness Index measures structural fairness empirically. PlayerOne Level Two tests governance design in simulation. The Bangladesh research program documents the real-world governance failure modes the framework addresses.

Five research pillars

1
Normativity & Rights
Philosophical foundations of structural fairness — Equitism and the Meta-Right
2
Institutional Engineering
Constitutional design specifications — UFDS, Fairocracy, FairVote applied to real contexts
3
Comparative Governance
Cross-national structural fairness analysis — what distinguishes structurally fairer systems
4
Simulation & Behavioral Research
PlayerOne-based governance research — participant behavior revealing institutional design insights
5
Applied Governance Prototypes
Real-world framework application — Bangladesh first, then global institutions
